The Muppets and Lady Gaga: A Unique Combination
I like The Muppets and I am a fan of Lady Gaga so I thought I would watch Lady Gaga & The Muppets Holiday Spectacular. It was interesting. The show has a great introduction by Gaga herself but then it got weird. The show had an interesting performance of Venus with people dressed like planets dancing then it was Sir Elton John singing Art Pop with Lady Gaga. That performance was fine but she kept making a growling sound which was strange. The special almost forgot it was a holiday special. The show had a few Christmas songs but it could use a few more. The special seemed more like a promotion for her album ArtPop and less than an actual holiday special. The Muppets did make some great appearances like the duet between Kermit and Lady Gaga. I also liked the holiday pieces the Muppets were in such as asking them different holiday questions like their most inappropriate gift or auditions for guests for the show that is currently going on.
